How to redeem the ticket 

We will issue the e-service voucher to your email or WhatApps. You can redeem your wristband/ ticket/ registration at the ticket counter by showing our service voucher from your mobile and ALL travellers MYKAD/ MYKID. Since this is manual booking by our staff, all booking must be made at least 1 working day before your travel date.

1. Mon - Sun (close on Tuesday except for school and public holiday)
2. 10am - 6pm

Cancellation policy 

Non-cancellation and non-refundable on the unused ticket.

We understand sometimes cannot attend the trip because of out of your control such as government implementing move control such as MCO or any personal emergency (such as hospitalisation/ accidents and etc), we will help to apply trip postponement from the service provider with the documents proof, the results are subject to service provider approval.

Entry to ALL parks, including all rides, activities and attractions. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, Go Kart & Scuba Diving

Others not mention in the products. You can add on set meal with additional RM12 per person (Worth RM18).
